Dear curlers,

Organizing Committee arranged hotel packages for the EJCC 2013. We would like to inform you about the packages and reservation terms:
  • Reservations are accepted only with the attached order form.
  • A minimum of the basic package should be booked for all teams. Please note that the airport transportation system will only operate to and from the Globus Hotel.
  • Deadline for the reservation is 9.11.2012.
  • Deadline for the payment is 10.12.2012.
  • Payments must be made free of charge to the following bank account:

Package for teams (2. - 9. 1. 2013)

Price 55.500,- CZK/team (team = 5 players + 1 representative)
For five people only the price is 47.200,- CZK/team

The package includes:
  • Welcome Reception (Curling Arena) and Farewell Banquet & Closing Ceremonies (GLOBUS hotel)
  • EJCC 2013 Badge (Pin)
  • Accommodation in the Globus Hotel***:
  • types of hotel rooms: 1/1BB, 1/2BB, 1/3BB, 1/5BB
  • available rooms for EJCC: 10 rooms 1/5BB (two-bedroom apartment for 5 people), 14 rooms 1/3BB, 28 rooms 1/2BB and 35 rooms 1/1BB
  • rooms will be assigned according to the date on which orders are delivered
  • Buffet breakfast (hot and cold food) and dinner (one non-alcoholic drink is included)
  • Transport Airport - Hotel and back
Booking an extra night from 9.1 to 10.1. 2013 is possible for 900,- CZK/person

"Please note that the airport transportation system will only operate to and from the Globus Hotel, and it will only be provided to teams which take a minimum of the basic package."
